Dubbed the Grande Dame of Drag and Cabaret, Tash York is a vibrant fixture at countless queer events, renowned for her bold red hair, dazzling fashion, and unapologetically camp aesthetic. Whether she’s lighting up the stage as a featured performer, emcee, or iconic personality, Tash’s magnetic energy never fails to captivate.
Over the years, Tash has mentored many up-and-coming drag artists. Most notably, she claimed victory in the 2023 Drag Legacy Competition with her drag king duo, BROMEO, where she was honored as the Legacy Mentor Winner. She’s also been nominated for the 2024 Euphoria Social Awards for Best Artist/Musician Performer.
As an AFAB drag queen (Assigned Female at Birth – or as she cheekily puts it, "A Fabulously Alcoholic Bitch"), Tash has had the privilege of performing in drag shows both across Australia and the UK, sharing stages with celebrated queens like Kween Kong, Karen From Finance, and Hannah Conda.
