1. MC Workshop - “The Show Must Go On” - MC Like You Mean It!
Description: Ever wanted to try out your (dad) jokes and lead an audience through a night of fun and frivolity? This workshop helps you develop your own MC persona, be it based on a character or ramping up your own confidence to get on the mic. You'll learn mic techniques, audience connection, and show safety, led by Tash York, an acclaimed Australian MC. Discover the tricks of the trade and build your MC confidence.

2. Producing 101 - Business VS Babe
Description: If you're a performer wanting to produce your first show or looking for guidance on how to restart, this workshop covers budgeting, marketing, and how to balance life as both a performer and a business owner. Tash, with her experience as a self-made cabaret business owner, helps participants with business strategies that will aid in producing independent shows.

3. Persona Building Workshop + Event - This Stage Is Yours
Engage with local drag, cabaret, and variety artists to develop your stage persona. Participants bring a prepared performance (lip sync or song) and work through storytelling, persona branding, and performance intention. The workshop concludes with a mini-show, creating a safe and welcoming environment to celebrate each artist’s growth and performance.

4. Drag Makeup Workshop - Paint Me Like One of Your Drag Queens!
Learn the art of drag makeup from Tash York and Peppy Smears! This workshop teaches everything from brow blocking and glitter application to basic color theory. It can be done in person or online, with a fun, practical component where participants get hands-on experience. There’s even an optional photoshoot at the end if participants feel comfortable.
PLUS optional - Paint & Sip event if you'd like to work with a local bar or have one in your venue!
